Cancellation Policy

Entry fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. Sorry, no exceptions. Once we receive and accept your entry, you will not receive a refund if you cannot participate or if the race had been changed or cancelled.  In the event of race cancellation or changes, your registration is valid to defer or transfer for no additional fee. All deferrals to 2022 MUST BE MADE BY Friday, SEPTEMBER 30, 2021. 

bib mailing OPTION:

If you cannot pick up your bib the day before you race, you have the option to pay a fee TO HAVE YOUR BIB MAILED TO YOU.  This option is available during registration. This is your only option if you can’t make it to packet pickup.

Cancellation Policy

Because the 2021 event has been cancelled due to local Covid-19 policy updates, we are allowing transfers to the virtual race, deferrals to our other events, or a refund. We’ll be sending out an email to all participants where you can make your selection.
